Had this Judge for a jury trial. Excellent demeanor at trial and very fair and even handed with objections. The Judge 'helped' both sides by 'suggesting' objections at various points through the trial when the evidence was getting redundant. Took a LONG time to get a ruling on our motion for summary judgment. The ruling issued less than a week before trial and significantly altered our trial strategy. Not flexible about scheduling. Despite asking the attorneys about 'convenient' times for the trial, trial was scheduled during inconvenient times for both counsel and over one week earlier than scheduled in the scheduling order.
