Judge Jack is the most courageous and objective jurist whom we have. Her brilliantly arrived-at opinion in 'In Re Silica' will prove to be one of the biggest cases in our history. It will not go away, despite massive apathy and fear on the part of all too many lawyers. Pragmatism is poison; Judge Jack is a formidable opponent.
