In my 12 years of practicing in both federal and state court, I've never been treated with such disrespect in a courtroom. I have also never seen a judge with as big an inferiority complex. He was also so pro-plaintiff in discovery that it clouded his entire thinking through the pendency of the case and he regularly misstated the law or misunderstood the parties' motions. It's pretty telling when a judge moves your case to the beginning of the call simply so he can unjustifiably 'pants' you in front of a full courtroom simply because he was feeling inferior as a magistrate that day. Just a little juvenile.
