THE ROBING ROOM

The parties in our class action reached a tentative settlement over a year ago which she preliminary approved and then denied final approval and completely changed her position on issues that she specifically approved during the preliminary approval. This has caused unreasonable delay and the matter is still not approved due to her scheduling issues. Unacceptable.
