Lazy and vindictive! Its stunning how bad, rude, inconsiderate and lazy he has been to both sides because he is irked at just one side. He complains about workload yet has created more work than he has saved by his cockamamie orders. He complains about work that he has sloughed off on magistrates and that he does not even have to do. Lazy and embarrassing to the otherwise excellent NDILL bench.
