THE ROBING ROOM

After respecting his efforts as a state court judge, I have been sorely disappointed in him on the Federal Bench. I was in a copyright dispute and he told me 'that mom and pop stores like my client always settle.' He then sat on my motion for summary judgment for seven months, then denied it on grounds which ignored the best legal argument. I wonder sometimes if he just relies on his clerks.
