Judge Batts substitutues cheating for scholarship. When a case comes on her docket that she doesn't want to try, she simply issues a 'sua sponte' Order, even if the statutory time frame has not expired. Will think nothing of re-opening closed cases to issue censorship injunctions. Patently illegal denial of due process tactics deployed only by the judicially illiterate.
