Schenkier does not suffer fools gladly. That said, he is ideal for settlement conferences and discovery disputes, which is good since that is all he is supposed to do. He tends to get impatient with lawyers at times, but that's because he is probably fuming over the fact that he has not been made an Article III yet and is probably one of the 10 brightest judges in that building. He is practical, pragmatic, and sets the right tone.
