NOW THIS IS A JUDGE! “Justice delayed is justice denied!”and HONORABLE Judge Anderson is a no BS, fast justice kinda judge! I came to this blog and read all of the reviews beforehand and was wondering how I always get stuck with the alleged notoriously most hostile judges. My state civil case got removed to a Federal Court and bam Judge Anderson was assigned- I didn’t sleep well the first night but as always I prepare my case and make a record to appeal. I asked the Pro Se office what the deal was with this judge and they basically said as a pro se - you will not have any problems with Judge Anderson, he just doesn’t like dilatory, vexatious , “working the file” legal maneuvering Rule 11 sanctioning type of lawyer games. If you are a Plaintiff Or Defendant with a strong , solid case and you immediately show him your case’s strengths and why you should prevail and your claims or defenses are meritorious- you will appreciate Judge Anderson’s style as he honors Rule 1 for “just speedy ...” Even as a Pro Se, My briefs were well argued with case law and I showed him admissible evidence and why my case can’t be dismissed and why it should be remanded. Before the hearing, my briefs were so strong, he sua sponte GRANTED my Remand to state court. My case is David v. Goliath and obviously I am David ( poor Pro Se) against a billion dollar global company who has the biggest and most expensive defense firm. I won my Remand to State Court (favorable to Plaintiffs) without any hearing. Actually , I wish I could’ve stayed in Federal Court with Judge Anderson bc I believe I would’ve been treated fairly as Pro Se. Ive litigated in other federal courts and the Pro Se bias exists. Judge Anderson provides justice in an expeditious manner. A civil Plaintiff with a meritorious case could only dream of being assigned Judge Anderson. Thank you , I love you Judge Anderson, I have never been treated fairly in Federal Court until I was blessed to be assigned to you!
