Spatt is a close friend of one of my legal enemies. But Spatt never disclosed this fact. Instead, Spatt would continue to preside on my case and proceeded to make outrageous rulings against me. When I requested that he reduce his decision to a written Order for purpose of an appeal, he outright refused to do so. This Judge has also failed to recuse.
