It serves as an injustice to our entire legal system for everyone to remain silent and fearful to reort and halt the many years of misconduct and disregard of African Americans by former Chief Judge Timothy C. Batten as continues by view of the PureO v Loc N Products trademark infringement case, case, no. 23-cv-03917 is a case where this judge boldly refused over 400 of our ownership exhibits to create a record of no contest by us blacks and award our company to a Nigerian company by his ruling of summary judgment and default judgement. The law only allows such rulings if we failed to respond to the complaint or there was evidence of no dispute.
Judge Batten arrived at such rulings based on his promise to the Nigerian company and Alston and Bird lawyers of "no jury trial". We will not give up our fight for our black owned brad name. We seek justice. This judge has since retired in fear of our complaints to the DOJ to avoid sanctions while acting as a Chief Judge.
