Brooks is a complete and total 'yes' man for the government. He also seems to have left half his brain in his first year of law school. Will hold off on YOUR motions for over months and months, even more than an entire year, but will rule on the governments motions before the hearing date. Thank goodness he is only a magistrate judge. I pray he is never elevated.
