Judge Tomlinson made her decisions timely though not quickly but her explanations were complete and valid. Too bad she was not the judge of trial because Wexler ignored all her pre-trial decisions and exposed himself as lazy at best, deceptive at worst, with regard to his refusal to make pre-trial decisions, saving decisions for trial where there could be no defence to negative decisions and where he did not have to justify his decisions. Tomlinson was found to be professional yet took her job seriously enough to do honest research and make understandable and respectful decisions. Wexler totally disrespected her pretrial decisions during his trial. It was a sad day for the court system.
