Pretends to be concerned for all parties. Goes through the 'necessary steps' but clear to see judgement is predetermined. Example: Orders evaluations, her chosen expert. If found favorable for defendant, dismisses it because she doesn't believe it. Expert testimony does not matter in her court. Clearly a prosecutors judge.
