Most legal articles are written so heavily in 'Lawyerese' as to be near indecipherable to a layman ('...not inconsistent...', etc. WHAT?!). Just finished Judge Hornby's 'Summary Judgment Without Illusions' and want to thank him for writing it in understandable American English. A very refreshing change.
