If you think this judge is a good decent fair judge, your either drunk or nuts ! This is one of those 'life time' appointed judges who is well past his retirement age and refuses to retire, despite his lapsing mental capacity, because he likes playing GOD with other peoples lives far to much to give it up. He is biggoted, opinionated, too quick tempered and completely biased towards whatever the governmental lawyers want. He is a poster child for the reform of life-time appointment laws.
