The definition of an activist judge. He is allowing his ego to interfere with his judgment. It is obvious that he has interests to preserve in this case. He is not impartial, he seems to think we should respect the Russian oligarchs as our betters. That Manafort's relationship with dictators and oligarchs is not germane to this case. He is a jackbooted thug running roughshod over American justice.
