THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Fox is arrogant and a defendant oriented judge. He destroyed a case by denying further discovery in favor of a defendant for judicial economy. Defendant had a medical emergency and was not available for a conference and would not take the call ex parte. When defendant made his miraculous recovery and we requested additional time to complete discovery, Judge Fox denied it and said we should have let him know there was a problem sooner...duh
