Biased, rude, predisposed to dismissal without reading cases. Sanctimonious indignation in favor of one defendant even though defendant had recently plead guilty to crimes under similar circumstances and was convicted of embezzling $2.4 million. Requested that opposing counsel representing co-defendants submit motions for sanction against plaintiff and counsel for filing action before him -- even though action was based upon civil judgment against criminal defendant for willful fraud. This man is a disgrace to his office, and either an idiot or an unabashed crony of court officer associates of criminal defendant.
