THE ROBING ROOM

This judicial thug for 40-plus years has terrorized lawyers and litigants. He finally was reprimanded twice by the Ninth Circuit Judicial Council, which was upheld by the U.S. Judicial Conference, and now is the subject of disciplinary proceedings to determine if he should be subject to a further public reprimand and having no new cases assigned to him. This guy is a judicial monster. There simply is no judge worse than him, living or dead.
