Crafted a very long and exceptionally well-reasoned summary judgment recommendation in a case of mine, which was adopted by the District Judge. Hard-working, will listen to attorney arguments. Can be a bit crotchety in his demeanor at times, but don't take it personally. That temperament can also come through in settlement talks in which he is involved.
