THE ROBING ROOM

I was before this judge several times on multiple motions for a heavily litigated complex civil matter. She would deny motions brought by my client without even an opposition being filed by the opposing attorney. She would grant motions for the opposing party without factual or legal basis to do so. She took months to rule on motions. Her opinions were not intellectually honest which suggested to me a bias against my client and/or for the opposing party. In decades of practice, I have never seen such disregard for the law, facts and our justice system by a judge.
