If justice delayed is justice denied, then there simply is no justice in this man's courtroom. For example: Fully-briefed motions for summary judgement pending for four years without argument or decision. And the court will not schedule a trial while dispositive motions are pending. Catch-22. If you file a dispositive motion in his court, your case will cease to exist.
