Judges should exercise good judgment. She invariably does not. There is a very important difference between exercising judgment and being judgmental. She is extremely judgmental about criminal defendants and mistakenly believes that she is exercising good judgment. She spins any fact put in front of her as a negative against the defendant in the process of condemning that defendant (especially if the defendant is not a citizen of the US).
