He does not play by the rules. He sidesteps the applicable rule to execute dirty tricks. For example, he informs that he has issued an order convoking an attorney to be present to a hearing. But then he takes concealed measures to make sure that said attorney does not get the applicable and correct or proper notification. The said person, not having received said notification to appear at said hearing, understandingly, does not receive the applicable word or notification. Then, Fuste, opens the hearing and shows himself very surprised at the said person not showing up for said hearing. He then, proceeds to punish said party for non attendance. And metes out punishment with all his strength and maliciousness possible. He is a great hypocrite and liar. A very inmmoral sort of liar. When he is bent towards destroying or immorally destroying an attorney, he wields unflaggingly the dagger to shred to pieces that attorney he may wish to destroy professionally. In this sense he does not hesitate to assassinate an attorney's character should he wish to do so, and he does so. When he wishes to do so without any emotion or regret. He lacks any feelings whatsoever. He is indeed cruel to unsuspected dephs. But something bad can be said about the great Fuste. He wilds a double yardtstick. Very double. Those he wishes to favor, if these do not have the rights or are not entitled to those rights, he quickly finds said rights. But for those he thinks ought to be crushed or destroyed, he denies all kind of rights to those illegally, immorally and disfavored by him. There should be a good very warm hole in Dante's inferno for such kind of a hypocrite and slanderous scoundrel as Judge Fuste. When he gets a chance to visit hell, we can all rest assure that he will be held accountable for his judicial misdeeds and abuse of power. There is a great God somewhere in this vast universe. And a rogue, indecent and immoral Judge as Fuste will sure find an honored place as a devil's assistant. And I don not doubt that Judge Fuste may not be sleeping at peace late at night when his conscience will reproach him for all his great misdeeds here in this world, somewhat polluted by his judicial wrongs. Perhaps, there should be a much warmer place for Judge Fuste than hell.
