Until crooks see people like Madoff doing hard time in the general prison population, complete with the whistles, smiles, 'you stole my Granny's money' and don't drop the soap in the shower, NOTHING will change. It's interesting to read the comments by litigators, who seem to love this guy. Guess they know when they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar, stern scolding will be all they have to worry about
