THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Guaderrama is hard working, knowledgeable, smart, always prepared, and fair in his rulings. He studies the briefs carefully, learns the facts of the case and follows the law. His judicial temperament is excellent. Close calls could go either way in his Court and there is no obvious plaintiff or defense bias in any of his rulings. He works hard to understand the case and be courteous and fair to the litigants. Overall an excellent judge. I wish we had more like him.
