THE FOLLOWING REVIEW IS A STATEMENT OF OPINION: Judge Kenneth L Ryskamp is responsible for letting a criminal go free after the defendant, who is a who is a well known PILL MILL M.D. was responsible for the deaths and overdoses of a few of his 300 patients. this doctor who took an oath to first do no harm provided his 300 patients with RX's for 400 pills every month year after year ie;Methadone, Xanax, Roxicodne,Loricet,Aderal, Soma, etc etc. Questio: Is Judge Ryskamp & U S Attorney Rabinowitz just as guilty as the DR.
