Had a whistle blowing case against OTS. OTS regulated AIG, Washington Mutual, Lehman Brothers, Indy Mac, Countrywide and GMAC. Also, two top OTS managers were dismissed for altering capital reports. The lawsuit mentioned one of the examiners, who was assigned to AIG and had to testify before the Finacial Crisis Investigation Commission. You may read the report to see what FCIC said about the veracity of OTS. Opinion said that I was the only one saying what I was charging. If Judge would have looked at the exhibits, he would have seen that their own in house counsel said, documents like this are bad for the banks case. Had Magistrate write the opinion! Refused to allow oral argument. Dismissed case on summary judgement. Perhaps if steps were taken at the time of the lawsuit, some of the massive sufering could have been avoided.
