Comment #: 17990 Comments: Case no. 2:12-cv-02981 - I am pro se litigant and I had the same experience as that described below. Magistrate Dickson is proud of his 'almost 30 years' as a management litigator and it is obvious. Reading Case No. 2:11-cv-2307 (ES)(JAD) the reader would have an idea about this Judge who is extremely biased and prejudiced against pro-se litigants. He has no minimal standards of respect toward self-represented and especially elders ones in which the cited Case shows clearly elder abuse on the Plaintiffs. Totally unfitted as a person and as a Federal Judge
