I am a black pro se litigant and I am fearful and shocked that this judge who has threatened me to dismiss my own civil cases against his lawyer friends at Alston and Bird. Herefused to read or know my case facts while ruling in ways to grant ownership of my black owned Loc N Products business to the big corporate lawyer and Korean and Nigerian clients. He specializes in aiding corporate in stealing black and minority businesses while assuring they duck a civil trial by his order of default or summary judgment rulings that can close the case in corporate favor. It is unheard of that after 18 months of us crying out that he still is over the 2023 case and that he put himself over my two pro se civil cases where I sued the fraudulent and corrupt lawyers and Nigerians and Koreans. He outright stated that if I do not dismiss my two October 2024 civil cases against the lawyers and fraudsters whole stole my black business that he is locking me up until I dismiss my civil cases. He even threatened me to withdraw my trademark application for my brand name Loc N Products or go to jail. I wil not do that as prison is worth fighting for my business and it has been months now and he has not locked me up. It was a threat bluff that he had no legal justification to carry out. Anyone can call me because he needs to be off of that bench and charged. This above is only 25% of what he has done to us black pro se business owners. gwilliamsgee@gmail.com.
