This judge is renown and respected by other judges, the public and attorneys for her excellent negotiation skills during settlement. As a Pro Se litigant in 2006, against another Pro Se civil defendant, I was grateful for this judge's adroit guidance during the mandatory settlement conference. In spite of entrenched positions, Judge Nagle, and her courtroom clerk, and her staff of students or young attorneys, spent all day listening to both party's concerns and issues, and ultimately produced an agreement that resolved a dispute that had repeatedly seen litigants rebounding into both State and Federal courts for over a decade. Judge Nagle and her entire staff were excellent.
