No, no no. Roger (judge benitez) suck so bad. Fopr once I am at a loss of words to describe how inappropriate, lazy, mean-spirited this little man is. If you are a defendent, god can't help you. If you are a lawyer he is a bi-polared weirdo. I tried to fire him and get heard from anyone else in the universe but he won't recuse himself. Consider yourself, served, hooked and a lifetime paying over and over and over again for a crime that happened in the stone ages. Eff you Roger. Yuck
