Judge Benitez is fair and upheld the bill of rights in his ruling and stay in Duncan v Becerra. Firearms are a constitutionally protected right as upheld in Heller v DC. Mr. Benitez applied fact and reason to defend his position and he made the right decision in this and other cases. Thank you Your Honor for restoring our rights in this infringing state called California.
