has a liberal agenda. If the legislature won't do what he wants, he will do it by judicial fiat. One Federal Appellate judge specifically asked the plaintiff in one of the firearms cases, why they all were filed in front of Weinstein, despite the fact it could have been filed by walking across the street in Manhattan.
