Judge Benitez’s recent ruling in Duncan vs Becerra re-established respect for the 2A as a fully protected Constitutional right. His scholarship and use of the SCOTUS Heller decision was brilliant and only emphasized how Heller has been effectively ignored by lower courts for years. CA citizens have been, and continue to be, damaged by this states unconstitutional gun laws. Remedies such as this ruling are greatly required.
