The Judge has no problem finding for the government, and is especially keene to find no wrong doing on the part of his former employer the LA Sheriff's office. If he even reads the pleadings, it is clear he has no understading of the law or equity in making decisions. His lack of civilty to those who practice before the bar is rather like the treatment Hispanics receive from members of his race working for the LA County Sheriff. This man needs to retire before more damage is done to the traditional notions of justice and fair play.
