Judge Stotler is the worst Judge I have encountered in 40 years. She is lazy and duplicitous. She never tries civil cases if she can help it. She is the laughing stock of most attorneys that have had the unfortunate experience of being in front of her. She is an embarassment to the Federal Judicial system and should be ashamed of herself for not retiring a long time ago and letting someone who does care about justice serve instead.
