Re: Now retired (possibly resigned by force) Chief Judge Timothy C. Batten. Prior to this judge's May 23 retirement he has maliciously followed his side deal with opposing parties in our case to assure that no jury trial is held and awarded our black owned business to the Nigerian and Korean corporations who falsely filed claims stating that they created our black owned brand name Loc N--a name created for us with dreadlocks and twist styles of hair. In our last hearing they mocked us black pro se parties in court with racists comments and after the hearing they told us that writing the Department of Justice on them will serve no purpose because they "run the DOJ". All on court hallway cameras. This judge is a sad sad very sad disgrace to all of our great upstanding officials who make it their duty to serve the public and always be fair and not allow racism or favors or other personal gains to infect their duty under no circumstance. He needs to be investigated and charged immediately as well as the officials who aid such conduct. We are a greater country when we quickly resolve situations like this before the publics watching eyes.
