A true beliver, which is not a good tempermant for a judge. In a case defending law enforcement officers against allegations of unlawful arrest, excessive force, and racism, Judge Karlton thrived like he was representing the ACLU. He cross-examined all defense experts, commented on the evidence in front of the jury to plaintiff's benefit, cross-examined the defendants, and raised legal objections during examination and cross-examination of witnesses on behalf of plaintiff's two legal counsel. Unfortuantely, Judge Karlton does not even see how bias he is against the government and law enforcement officials. He is truely dangerous.
