It doesn't get any better in the Southern District than Judge Seltzer. His courtroom demeanor couldn't be better -- he is unfailingly polite and will always allow counsel to make their points, sometimes for too long. Incredibly bright and hard-working; he keeps his cases moving. Will generally accommodate scheduling conflicts. His rulings are always fair and indicate that he has carefully considered the arguments on both sides. A fine jurist who should be a District Judge someday with any luck.
