THE ROBING ROOM

This judge was very much pro-plaintiff in my trial. She bent over backwards to twist the facts to suit the plaintiff's position. She failed to deem matters automatically admitted when the plaintiff failed to respond to my RFAs, she excluded my witness at trial when we agreed to offer her for depo, and she yelled at me for asking the court's basis for denying my Rule 50 motion, to name a few things. Also, in another case involving the USPS that I witnessed, the defense attorney won all of his arguments (I believe S of L or immunity), but she refused to rule until he tried to settle with the P. She has had no trial experience before coming to the bench, and it shows.
