THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Gandhi was assigned to us in a settlement conference by one of the district judges. It was a very long, very hard-fought commercial litigation matter that contained numerous complexities on liability, damages and the technological underpinnings of the case. He did a fantastic job to get the case resolved. He rolled up his sleeves and came to understand the technology well enough to be able to judge the merits of both sides arguments. He has a very affable personality in this context but was fully committed to the settlement process and got the job done. I and my client will remain in his debt.
