The mental state of this judge has deteriorated from being merely eccentric when I first encountered him and appeared before him in the Late 1980's to the present date when he has lost all touch with reality. He is incompetent and is an embarrassment to the Federal Judiciary. The antithesis of all to which a Federal Judge should aspire. Detested among his Judicial colleagues and the Bar for his arrogance and self aggrandizement. Woe be unto him for her with the misfortune of appearing in front of this one. Just stay quiet- speak only when he addresses you and get out and writes motions and responses about his arbitrary and insane rulings.
