THE ROBING ROOM

I was a pro se litigant recently and had Judge Nivison for a settlement conference with the college I attended as an opposing party. He was very friendly thoughtful with a wonderful temperament. He didn't make me feel like I was an outsider and worked very hard to make sure my case was settled. He's the type of Judge, if he rules against you it's due to you missing the mark and a matter of jurisprudence. He's smart and thoughtful. He plays by the book and rules according to the law.
