Smart judge with exceptional command of federal rules. However, he likes to balance playing field when he percieves capabilities of attorneys to be disparate. He also seems to pick some attorneys as favorites, and puts others on a to-screw list. He has a long memory. This judge has significant eyesight problems and may have difficulty reading trial documents. He is becoming bitter as his eyesight has deteriorates, and it has become clear that he isn't going to be an Article 3 judge. If you're on his good side, he's a good trial judge.
