THE ROBING ROOM

Judge Webb is an old-school judge who loves the law and lawyers. True, he thinks of himself highly, but he always finds something good to say about everyone else too. He is pro-plaintiff (little guy) in civil cases, but will grant summary judgment when the facts and law demand it. In criminal cases, the near life-long prosecutor is pro-government up to convinction, but turns pro-defendant at sentencing.
