How is it possible that Judge M Faith Angell Mase a ruling (of course giving Philadelphia the upper hand), when she already retired????????? I see the March Case decided in 2007. Here are all postings in regards to M Faith Angels retirement, maybe Im wrong, but it looks funny to me...and everyone else I have shown it to. Even though there was a recsll for her, she still attended a retirement dinner after the recall. http://www.jsd.cq.com/scripts/index.cfm Saturday, November 25, 2006 ? Judge Jane R. Roth, took Senior Status from the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit The following Judges retired from the bench: U.S. Bankruptcy Judge James N. Barr, retired from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California U.S. Magistrate Judge Faith M. Angell, retired from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. U.S. Magistrate Judge Peter A. Nowlinski, retired from U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. U.S. Magistrate Judge Arnold C.
