Meanest and most unfair judge I have ever met. Very unprofessional and rude. He will purposely ask you questions about your case that do not matter, just so that he can scream at you for not knowing the answer. Challenge his unfairness and he becomes irate and will scream at you. He did not allow us to proceed with discovery at the Rule 16. He told the plaintiffs what he wanted produced and gave unreasonable timelines for doing so. The defense did not have to produce anything. His goal is clearly to scare the parties out of court. I am shocked he is allowed to remain on the bench. He even called his law clerk 'boy' (the clerk is white) and thought it was funny. He wants you to laugh at his jokes and then is screaming at you the next minute. A disgrace to the legal system.
