A fine judge in our firm's civil lit experience, although, like another poster says, he's not the heavyweight his father is (regardless of your views about his father's liberal leanings). Certainly not virulently anti-consumer or biased in general, unlike many of the other very low-rated judges here, like Judges Anderson, Walter, Wright. I'm not a criminal defense lawyer, so I can't opine on the views expressed by them.
